Shipping + Processing Times + Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are given tracking information the day they are shipped. Tracking information can be accessed through your shipping notification email and Darling Grape account.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days), unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time for most orders (made-to-order) is 12-14 business days. Some items are ready to ship and will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping.

RETURNS

Darling Grape has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be refunded.

To start a return, send a request to info@darlinggrape.com. If eligible for a return, a shipping label will be sent to you. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of whether or not your return is approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded the cost of your item minus the return shipping cost. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom items, special order items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact info@darlinggrape.com if you have questions about a return.

EXCHANGES

Unused items can be exchanged for another item. To request an exchange please email info@darlinggrape.com.

DAMAGED ITEM(S)

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and contact info@darlinggrape.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
